The first car accident Kylie Jenner ever had just scored her another milestone -- her first big fat lawsuit. Kylie's being sued for the 3-car pileup she allegedly started back in August, 2013 -- just 18 days after her 16th birthday. Kylie was driving a Mercedes G-Wagon when a witness says she slammed into the back of a car stopped in traffic. According to the lawsuit, Kylie started a chain reaction ... hitting a Toyota ... which then rear-ended a Subaru.

Video: Lena Dunham’s Lawyers Threaten to Sue Truth Revolt Over Sex

On Oct. 29, conservative website Truth Revolt accused Lena Dunham of sexually abusing her younger sister Grace Dunham during her childhood. The article, written by Bradford Thomas, cited several passages from Dunham's recently published memoir Not That Kind of Girl as the basis for these allegations. Dunham responded the following day, tweeting , "The right wing news story that I molested my little sister isn't just LOL?it's really f'n upsetting and disgusting.

Video: Boy Admits Murder of Teacher

A 16-year-old boy has admitted murdering Leeds teacher Ann Maguire. The student, who cannot be named for legal reasons, pleaded guilty to murder when he appeared at Leeds Crown Court. Prosecutor Paul Greaney QC told the court the boy's actions were "inexplicable". He said, "The parents are decent people and responsible parents. They are at a loss to understand how and why their son has turned out as he has and they have co-operated fully with the police and with the prosecution.

Video: Comcast To U.S. Senator: No Plans To Create Internet ‘fast

The top U.S. cable and broadband provider reassured the U.S. Senate Judiciary Committee chairman in a recent letter, Comcast Corp has no plans to create "fast lanes" for any Internet websites or applications. Senator Patrick Leahy last week wrote to top Internet service providers, asking them to pledge to reject so-called paid prioritization deals, in which content companies would pay ISPs to ensure smooth and fast delivery of their traffic.
